For the past 12 years, through the consulting endeavors, Margin’sview has been enabling organizations identify their profit zones and build on them, find profit opportunities and design optimization programs for its achievement and institutionalize the systems & processes for monitoring for better performance.

Throughout our implementations, we used and followed our proprietary diagnostic tool on growing organisations, to identify their baseline challenges to profits. What we realized was that our tool through its analysis, gave the organisations more visibility in their operations, more clarity on their pricing strategies, assisted them build better sales incentive programs and monitored performances far more objectively; for sustained profitability and returns. We decided it was time for us to build a technology platform on that diagnostic tool, which would function as AaaS (Analyst as a Software) with an ecosystem of self-guided tutorials, for better analytics to be done by in-house analysts on their own data for their own managements.
